Accept the invitation and set up access
From the invitation email to working access — and what to do when the link has expired.
- Duration: 10 min
- No prerequisites
You have been invited to a tender. This first step takes a few minutes — do it early, not the day before the deadline.
What to do
- Open the link in the invitation email.
- Set up access and choose a password.
- Sign in and check that the tender is visible.
- Note the deadlines: the end of the question round and the submission deadline are in the tender documents.
Do this even if you have not yet decided whether to bid. Access that gets used for the first time on the last day is the most common avoidable reason an offer never gets submitted.
The buyer invites, you fill in the details
That is how the process is designed: the buying organisation invites you, and you then maintain your own details. You cannot create an account yourself — there is no open self-registration. What to do if you want to bid without an invitation is covered in the next step.
If the link no longer works
Invitation links expire. If yours has, contact the buying organisation — their details are in the invitation email. As the software vendor we cannot grant you access to someone else’s tender, and we cannot see which tenders you have been invited to.
If the invitation never arrived
Check your spam folder first, then the address: invitations go to one specific mailbox, and it is often a general address such as info@ rather than your personal one. If that does not help, ask the buying organisation which address they used.
About signing in
As a supplier you sign in with a username and password. Single sign-on through your company account is not available on the supplier side. What that means day to day — several people, deputies, locked accounts — is covered in Your account and signing in.
